The intelligence gathered through this engagement will be combined with other evidence to share the Well-being Assessment, which in turn will be used by the PSB to set well-being objectives that help create a better future for generations to come. Your contribution helps ensure these objectives are grounded in lived experience and reflect what really matters to the people who live and work in both counties.
The surveys are now open and will close on Friday, 28th August 2026. Please share the well-being conversation links below with anyone who may benefit.
Even though this is a survey across both counties, the information will be prepared based on 22 well-being areas, with the hope that you will recognise your area in the completed assessments. We’d appreciate it if you could include your full postcode when responding so we can identify which well-being area you live in, and so your response can be included in the well-being assessment for the correct area. It won’t be used to identify you.

We invite you to complete the attached Conversation guide from your perspective. Please also use the guides to gather views in any community meetings or groups that you attend. Alternative formats are available upon request, including versions for youth and children.
